During this half hour or one-hour session Holly will use frequency, sound, and vibration techniques with Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and tuning forks to return your body’s bio-field. Just like musical instruments can go out of tune, our bio-fields can become out of tune due to stress, toxins, difficult relationships, trauma, unprocessed emotions and more. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, balance, release energetic blockages and promote overall healing.
