Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a process that enables access to a higher state of consciousness. In this higher state it is possible to connect with other incarnations you have experienced. It presupposes the idea that our soul is eternal, and who we are in this lifetime is but one personality among the many we have lived. As our soul takes its journey, there are imprints that carry from one life to the next. These imprints often serve as the impetus for our desire to heal certain things in this lifetime. During a past life regression, we make a quantum connection to our other selves, especially those whose experiences can help us heal, gain clarity and live more joyfully this time around.

Past Life Regression can be an utterly transformative experience that helps clients overcome issues within themselves and with others, especially those that are resistant to other means of resolution. Experiencing the connective nature of all lives and key relationships can provide a means of new understanding, deep healing and forgiveness.

Crystal Hypnotherapy

  • Accelerate mental, emotional and spiritual breakthroughs by blending though energy with crystal vibrations.

  • Remap limiting thought patterns and replace negative self-concepts with positive, affirming beliefs

  • Gently access the emotional root of an issue or habit to clear blockages and initiate the desired change

  • Activate the power to transform unwanted behaviors and/or addictions to create the reality you desire

  • Jump-start or augment positive habits

  • The use of crystals amplifies your intentions by holding energy that can be harnessed to work with your physical body, energy system and goals. Each crystal is infused with Reiki and your intentions, programmed to assist you during and after the session. You are welcome to bring your own crystal(s) or purchase them at the store.

Life, Career and Spiritual Coaching

Coaching as a stand-alone modality is designed to offer clarity, healing, structure, guidance and often accountability for those who may not be quite sure how to make the changes they want to make or who struggle with staying on track. Traditional methods of coaching are combined with metaphysical principles, practices and tools.

Every session or coaching program is personalized to meet the needs of the individual based on their current circumstances, level of understanding and what they would like to transform, create or experience. The goal is to guide each person to tap into their own unlimited potential and take ownership of the life they want to create.

A single session can sometimes make a profound shift. Multi-session programs are also available. Ask for details.
